"I been fighting with them for 4 years on a hail roof damage and zero response. EVERYONE in my neighborhood has a new roof except mine. I have never been late on any premium payment because they are payroll deduction. I have had 5 different roofers inspect my roof and it is indeed damaged. State Farm denied every claim. Also I am tired of coming home everyday and having a flyer on my door knob from some Mexican roofer because he drives by and sees a missing shingle! I have 7 different policies with them and maybe when the rain comes inside the house they will fix the roof"
